How long does new asphalt take to cure?

Light foot traffic is okay after 24 hours. We recommend waiting 72 hours before driving on it and 30 days before sealcoating.
How often should I sealcoat my driveway or parking lot?

Every 2–3 years for most properties. High-traffic commercial lots may benefit from a fresh coat every 18 months.
